Returns - withdrawal from the contract

Right of withdrawal

  • You have 30 days from the day the ordered materials are delivered, i.e. the day we send you access to them. Until they are delivered, you can withdraw from the contract at any time.
  • You do not have to give a reason and you bear no costs.
  • We refund the full amount paid using the same payment method as the purchase, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement.
  • After withdrawing, stop using the materials and do not share them with others. You do not need to send anything back.
  • You can also send your statement by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered office. Details are in the Terms of Service.
